Only you, Loving God, know what lies beyond the final frontier,
the frontier through which each of us will pass, the frontier that is death.
We can go hopefully, for Jesus has gone before us;
you will cross the final frontier,
We can go in peace, for the struggles of life will be behind us;
you will cross the final frontier.
We can go joyfully, for our loved ones have made the journey;
you will cross the final frontier.
We can go with love around us,
for God’s Love is eternal. Amen.
