Moderator Carmen Lansdowne at a festival

Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the Moderator! Mostly, you’ll find her connecting with regional staff, local congregations, attending events or advocating for justice issues with ecumenical partners.

Is Your Church Flourishing?

As part of the Flourishing Project, Carmen Lansdowne is embarking on a national tour to engage communities, individuals and congregations in conversations about actions that promote human flourishing. And she wants you to join her! Find a stop near you, and join the conversations exploring bold ideas and forging daring connections.

Her tour includes the following components:

  • Several public dialogues between Carmen Lansdowne and a high-profile speaker on the theme of human flourishing, open to the general public.
  • Congregational workshop for churches in the region. Spend the day with the Moderator engaging in reflection and energizing activities towards dream-oriented actions for our churches and communities (free).
