God of renewal and new life,
Loving and wonderful God,
You know us. You know our needs and bodies.
You made us to eat. You have kept us fed.
You give us bread to fill our bellies,
And scripture to feed our souls.
Thank you for your bounty.
Thank you for your love.
Thank you for Jesus, the bread of life,
Who broke for us.
God of bread and food,
This is the season of Thankfulness.
And so we thank you for caring for us.
