Description
United Church of Canada ministers and former and current Mission Co-Workers introduce the Korea Peace Appeal 10,000 Signature Campaign and invite us all to participate.
Published On: March 16, 2022

The United Church of Canada has heard from our colleagues at the Korea Peace Appeal in Korea that the number of Canadian signatures collected since the January launch of the United Church Korea Peace Appeal is 690. That's 7 percent of our goal of 10,000 by July 2022, and considering each sign-on will encourage others—we are well on our way!

Korea Peace Appeal Champions from across the United Church and beyond are endorsing the campaign and  actively educating and collecting signatures. The list includes 32 individuals and is growing (see below).

To help promote the campaign, the above new video has been released. Voices from the United Church of Canada features United Church ministers and former and current mission co-workers inviting support for the Korea Peace Appeal 10,000 Signature Campaign.

Peace now—end the Korean War!
